Selected.care is an independent matching service. We help patients research hair restoration options and connect with vetted international clinics. We are not a clinic, medical provider, or healthcare facility. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or perform any medical procedures.
2. How the service works
- You complete an assessment on our website providing information about your hair loss and contact details.
- We match your profile with suitable clinics from our network based on your stated preferences.
- Matched clinics contact you directly with personalised treatment proposals.
- You decide independently whether to proceed with any clinic. There is no obligation.
3. Our business model
Selected.care is free for patients. We receive a referral fee from clinics when we introduce patients to them. This fee is paid by the clinic and does not increase the cost of your treatment. We are transparent about this arrangement, and it is disclosed during the assessment process.
4. No medical advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. The graft estimates, cost calculations, recovery timelines, and other information provided are for general planning purposes only. They are based on publicly available data and averages – your actual treatment plan and costs will be determined by your chosen clinic after a proper medical consultation.
Always consult a qualified medical professional before making decisions about hair restoration surgery.
5. Clinic vetting
We review clinics in our network based on publicly available information including certifications, patient reviews, and professional credentials. However, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment provided by any clinic. The relationship between you and your chosen clinic is entirely separate from your relationship with selected.care.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before committing to any procedure.
6. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, including cost estimates, recovery information, and clinic details. However, prices fluctuate, medical practices evolve, and individual circumstances vary. We do not warrant that any information on this website is complete, accurate, or current.
